Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Decent view from the balcony. Kinda noisy at night untill 11 PM. Close to the main road. Many cheap local restaurant around the same street. Walking distance to the harbour and the super market. The floor is kinda sticky. The breakfasts were acceptable.
There was no shower gel or shampoo in the room . Front desk very nice . Couldn’t stay for breakfast because I had island hopping trip in the morning but they prepared if for me to take away.

The Flamingo Avia accommodated every request we made and the staff was very enjoyable to chat with. I will happily stay at the Falmongo Avia again next time I visit labuan bajo.
The small pool on the roof is perfect for watching the sunset.
he location is excellent, and the staff is friendly! However, we hope the hotel can improve its soundproofing—it's quite poor. We could hear people walking outside the door, the noise from the air conditioner compressor, and some unidentified sounds. As a result, we were unable to get a restful sleep after our sailing trips. Additionally, the bedsheets and pillow covers were slightly dirty with some stains on them.
