The location of Bitz Bintang Hotel is convenient, especially for Bukit Bintang area, but overall my experience was not very good. The room cleanliness was below expectations, and housekeeping needs improvement. Facilities and services felt quite average for the price. It may be okay for a very short stay, but I would not recommend it if cleanliness and comfort are a priority.
The service is bad, upon arrival at the hotel, we need to wait for 15 mins and there was no light at the reception/lobby. The hotel staff did not provide us any access card when going to our room, so we leave our things and go out to eat. They provided the access card only after we return to the hotel.
The room is not clean and there are some insects which I got some rashes. The bathroom has bad smell and has mosquitoes.
The hotel should improve their cleanliness and the staff ahould know how to communicate with the customers properly.
Upon arriving at the hotel,I observed that there are some customers waiting to check-in but the staff don’t communicate with the customers (the staff should inform us or make us comfortable, but they don’t care)
I already book for windows room but they give me no windows for first night reasons my booking just its just for booking room not conform i can gate windows room. The next day they change back based on my booking windows room
