Guest：初めて利用しました。第１印象は、フロントに谁もいない。タブレット端末でチェックインして胜手に部屋に入るという形式でした。タブレット端末のチェックインも胜手がわからず、あれやこれややって、３０分ほどかかってやっと、チェックイン用の用纸が印刷されてきました。部屋に入って、ホテルの设备がどこにあるかの説明书もなく、印刷された用纸のQRコードで施设案内を见なければわからない、というものです。スマホが使えない人にはチェックインすらできません。食堂、お风吕、どこにあるか待ったくわかりませんでした。印刷された用纸に记载されているフロントの电话番号は、携帯电话の番号で、客にフロントへの连络にも通话料は客持ち、また、何回电话しても留守电。まったく通じませんでした。これで本当に接客サービス业なのか、非常に疑问です。万が一、急病などの时、フロントに连络ができない、人のいるフロントがどこにあるのかさえ不明、自分で胜手に救急车を呼べ、と言っていることと同じです。さらに、避难経路の表示は入り口ドアの内侧に小さな絵があるだけで、暗くてよく见えないうえに、通路にも避难口の表示はありませんでした。万が一火灾が発生したときは逃げ场が分からず、相当危険なめにあいそうです。このように、とても人に推荐できるような温泉宿ではありません。: 2025-12-01

Guest：I think it was enough for 3 stars hotel but at the breakfast time, we had to wait for the table so it would be amazing if I didn’t have to wait for the table but overall it was pretty good! And they have free shuttle bus from the station to the hotel so that was good. Food was really good too especially Sukiyaki was amazing!: 2025-11-01
