It was our first trip to Goa and we were lucky to find the perfect accomodation! Firstly, we are greatfull to the owners Dominic and Letty for a warm welcome and help with all arrangements. We stayed in rooms on the first and second floor and both are very tidy and spacefull. The location is perfect: a few minutes away from the beach and 5 minutes from the main road where is everything needed like supermarkets, pharmacies, markets, exchange points etc. The surroundings of the guest house are also very nice - peacefull, quiet...only songs of the birds and crows:) The most important for me is the beach which is very nice and not crowded! As for food... we didnt like Petes schack... soup was as gelly and the whole impression about the place was awfull. We loved the Dmellos schack: the food is tasety and the personell is amazing! We enjoyed our vacation a lot and wish to come back next year. I highly reccomend the Sea Pearl!
You arrive down the dirt track,then out of taxi and short walk through the jungle to the sea pearl,which is about 200 mts from the beach.make sure you buy a torch from supermarket for the evenings( tracks are visible at night but just in case.you can borrow 1 off dominic & letty til you get sorted.dom and letty are always there for you,if you dont need them you dont see them..we had an aircon upper floor room to the rear with balcony to the side.very spacious room,shower room with hot water at all times..even during a powercut..a fridge,50rps a day..safety deposit box in wardrobe,room clean and towel change every 4th day.free wifi in room for I-pad etc.breakfast menu in room very cheap compared to elsewhere.laundry very cheap also..a short walk past felix villa will take you to xaviers general store where hes got everything you need..closer than main road We stayed in candolim in nov 2010 (silver sands)enjoyed but this place was cheaper and much better than staying at hotel where we feel they try to rip you off...will definately stay at this guesthouse again,but if fully booked will try to stay in guesthouse nearby(looked at a few and well pleased with what we saw for 1000 rups a night..our 25 night hol from 28 dec was fantastic,but this is a guesthouse review not our hol lol..pics to follow soon....any qs pl ease ask...
Мы уже 3 раза останавливались а Sea Pearl и нам там очень нравится. Огромнейшее спасибо Доминику и Летти за теплый прием! Номера лучше бронировать заранее. Все номера чистые и уютные. Мы жили на обоих этажах и не почувствовали разницу. Также можно через отель заказать трансфер с аэропорта. Цена адекватная. В трех минутах ходьбы самый спокойный пляж на побережье.100% релакс ???

Я отдыхала с моим другом в этом чудесном месте с 24 февраля по 12 марта. До моря 3 минуты ходьбы. Чистые номера, уборка. Очень добрые, заботливые хозяева. Спасибо большое Летти и Доминику за прекрасный отдых!!!
