Wonderful hotel, right next to the beach with friendly and helpful staff and tasty breakfast! The hotel is on the main square, so it can be noisy in the evening when there are some happenings, but they usually do not lasts longer than 10:30pm. Rooms are very clean albeit some of them are small. All in all one of the best places to stay in Fazana.
At 170 euros per room per night this Hotel is not good value. The room was small and tired, furnished in the style of a third rate boarding house. Whilst I appreciate the Hotel is old and positioned on the town square, the room rate is not justified by the product. The toilet bowl was cracked, the towel rail was broken and in general everything was run down. The staff worked hard to compensate for shortcomings.
We loved the location of this boutique hotel. So easy to enjoy Fasana as well as hop on the ferry to Brijuni island. Pula and its ancient arena is only 15 mins away. Our room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was substantial. A paid lot for our rental car was only 5 mins away and hotel staff used their golf cart to help us with our bags. We highly recommend!

Amazing, very cozy hotel in absolut mint condition. Located in the picturesque town of Fazana just in the right size with a very good beach, near Brijuni and with a lot of really good restaurant (such as La Bodega). The staff is awesome, very welcoming and serviceminded. Although the breakfast ain’t the biggest one in sortiments it’s of the highest quality and plenty enough.
Excellent value for money. Location is perfect; in the town center while 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and boats which take you to the stunning Brijuni islands. Danijel from the front desk saved my day when I walked in at 8 am due to insomnia caused by mosquitoes at my property nearby. He immediately gave me a cute room for a reasonable price so I didn’t have to wait for a check-in time. He was so understanding and professional during the whole stay that you can see he enjoys helping people and doing his job the best he can. The hotel is well decorated and it has that unexplainable charm of a little hotel with the excellent team and attention to details. I am thinking of visiting this place again next year although I can sleep for free at my property; that’s how good they are. The breakfast is included in the room rate and it’s simply stunning. You eat at the beautiful terrace next to the church in the morning light while enjoying freshly cut vegetables and fruits which is often difficult to find for breakfast at other hotels. Fantastisk beliggenhet og hyggelig personalet. Alt var helt perfekt! Vi reiste ikke fra hotellet f?r p? kvelden men fikk l?ne et flott wellness rom slik at vi kunne bruke dagen p? stranden og avslutte med en god dusj. Ble kj?rt med bagasjen til taxi som hotellet bestilte for oss. Nydelig frokost med god kaffe og godt utvalg av p?legg.
