Guest：Hotel molto informale e poco attento al dettaglio. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e non abbiamo trovato particolari pregi, nel senso che è piuttosto datato, è sito adiacente al fiume, camere normali (letto da sistemare dati i rumori ad ogni minimo spostamento). Buon appoggio se si deve visitare Merano.

Guest：I would say excellent for 3stars hotel. The owner at a reception is friendly and serving. Breakfast is Ok. Boiled eggs, sandwiches, croissants and black coffee is more than enough for strong breakfast. Oh. And Panettone was amazing by the way. But hey, it’s Italy. Good luck

Guest：La nuova gestione con Alessandro e tutto il suo staff sono eccellenti in tutto, colazione salata e dolce buonissima,camere spaziose e soprattutto caldissime.Di fronte l hotel c'è la fermata autobus che ti porta al centro di Merano dove potete trovare le terme e a mezz'ora dagli impianti Merano 2000, l'hotel è vicino anche alla stazione Merano baia massa, ci sono intorno all hotel alcuni locali tra cui anche il sushi a chi piace, ci torneremo sicuramente l anno prossimo
