Guest：The hotel room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. There was no kettle and the shower was over the bath. The room had a balcony and the view over the lovely garden and Lake Como was superb. We ate dinner twice at the hotel restaurant which also had a lovely outlook although we found dining around 8pm too late for us. The food, however, was delicious. It was a little disappointing that the pool water was cold given the warm weather as it looked very inviting. The hosts and staff were friendly and hard working. Parking was free on site. You need a car as the hotel is located up steep roads from the lake but the benefit is the fabulous view.: 2023-10-01

Guest：1 night at Lake Como We stayed 1 night in this hotel. We arrived late afternoon and check in was fast and good. They have an outdoor pool which we used for a while although the water at that time were a bit cold. They say they have A/C but it did not work in our room, I think they shut it off to save… We were family of 4 adults and everyone agrees that the room was spacious with outdoor garden, but the bed’s mattress were HORRIBLE, and extremely uncomfortable. The pillow were flat and very uncomfortable as well. The breakfast was AMAZING really good, and the view from the outside of the room as well as the breakfast area was AMAZING as well. For this type of hotel they should replace all mattresses and pillows to make the guests comfortable. From sleeping perspective it was really bad, all other things I mentioned were good. Just because of the sleeping experience I will never stay there again.: 2024-07-01
