While I’m glad to hear you found your room generally clean and comfortable, I sincerely apologize for the areas that fell short and impacted your overall experience.I’m truly sorry about the condition of the toilet bowl and understand how that would raise concerns about our cleaning standards. This is certainly not the level of detail we strive for, and I’ll be sharing this with our housekeeping team to ensure it’s addressed moving forward.I also regret that you were offered housekeeping service at check-in but did not receive it during your stay, that should not have happened, and I understand how frustrating it must have been, even for a short visit.Lastly, I know having one elevator out of service created additional inconvenience, especially during busy times.
