Needed a place with two bedrooms for the entire family. The trip was a road trip and we stayed one night, but after our experience we want to stay here again for our next Lake Tahoe trip. The location was walking distance to Incline Village. The location is close to all the main beaches and eateries in North Tahoe.

We loved the property and our stay. The room was great, large for our family and very clean. We loved the fireplace. Great amenities and nightly activities.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Hot tub was out of service for entirety if our stay which isn’t an amenity, we were really looking forward to using. Additionally, we were told our key card would work at the Hyatt hotel gym facility however upon arrival, our keys did in fact, not work. Having stated other Hyatt vacation properties that have had shared access to hotel amenities set my expectations higher for this property however, we were not able to utilize the pool or any of the activities that the hotel offered. The major construction project happening at the Hyatt such as the public beach is closed as a real bummer too.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable unit! Great location and amenities. Close to some terrific coffee shops, restaurants and all the outdoor activities of the area. Highly recommended.

Clean, nice apartment, it felt like being in a suite. Easy parking. Nice pool and hot tub. Only one thing, the club house isn’t worth it, they removed the pool table and games, not fun for the family, just tables and a tv. This club house isn’t like in the pictures and needs to be improved.

The property is very nice and so are the villas. We will be back!

Wide accommodation with a full kitchen and a great living room. We had an awesome family time.

Nice place but not worth the price. Didn’t appreciate last minute fees at check-in. “ did you drive? $30 parking per night.” Really. There are better options out there for way less. Hot tub was broke.

The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night.
