The room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom is large with a good shower. The bathroom door was a bit of a challenge as it does not close completely. The pool area is lovely for a sun downer and the food is divine. Freshly cooked and tasty. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful.

We stayed over more than once now and the professional and friendly service backed up by thoughtful furnished rooms is most certainly consistent. Good food served friendly and efficiently, no need to go elsewhere. We will most certainly stay over again in the future.

We stayed at Camdeboo Cottages last weekend, there were problems with power supplies but this affected the whole of GR, not just the property but the whole town. We only stayed 1 night but I loved the property and our hostess who was very knowledgeable the town as well as SA in general. Next time we visit SA we will be staying here for at least 3 nights. From a well travelled weary traveller!! Well situated with safe parking. Rooms neat and clean Staff excellent Tv worse than useless unless you want to pay for chanels Room was on street so noise from neighbours was really bad banging and noisy until very late. After a long day of driving this was not good but not the fault of the facility. Meal in dining area would have been very good if it had not had to come from a different location and was cold. Meal prices not bad BUT R70 for a small mediocre salad was a bit OTT! Overall very average to poor stay. Wont rush to come back.

This place is like a jewel tucked away in the lovely town of Graaff-Reinet! The facilities were great, our hostess and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious- we will most definitely be back!

Our room was small and not as advertised. The airconditioner did not work and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. We felt unsafe with our room situated directly on the street and our vehicle parked without any security. Staff were friendly, but not in uniform and did not wear name badges. We did not notice any management during our stay. Dinner was average. The quality of food and the coffee served at breakfast was poor.

Have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions, this time did not disappoint. Nice to see expansion of more rooms. Staff can't do enough for you, are very friendly and welcoming. Had wonderful food

1.Tv was not playing 2.No iron,no cool drink,food was too little and I've struggled to even get the breakfast I have ask the lady but she keep on saying she's going to sort it out and not even inform her colleagues about my breakfast actually she didn't care as she was not on duty for the next day.

All round excellent venue, accommodation and service, enjoyed, will visit again. Also, alhough advertised as sel-catering, they also serve meals, so we enjoyed an excellent supper prepared and served by our hostess Chantelle

I love Camdeboo Cottages! Always clean and welcoming. The food is exquisite, the pool a welcoming cool-down from a long journey, and the warm and friendly staff members. Access to centre of town is easy and central and the beautiful church needs to be visited regularly. We will be back for sure!
