Bel Résidence was a nice oasis away from the bustling old town. Only a 20min walk from the ferries to islands and walkable to old town as well. Staff were incredible nice and accommodating. The coffee was great too!

The location isn’t the good for shopping and sites as it’s a bit far from the city center. The hotel sits on top of a hill so you get a nice forward view of Split. The hotel has a secure main door so you need to have someone open it for you or use your room key. They allowed us to check in early which was nice. There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage 2 flights. The hotel is modern, simple and small. They have breakfast pastries and a coffee machine for guests in the morning. The hotel has a lovely fresh smell, not sure if it’s an air freshener or a candle. Our room was a nice size for 3. The bathroom sink is outside the shower/toilet area. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. There is a small fridge with drinks and snacks. On the bottom level is the pool access- it’s small but clean and refreshing and it’s been very hot here so a pool was nice.
We chose this hotel instead of an apartment or hotel in the old town as it was better value for money with a small pool and outdoor area. The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Yes, it is a 20 minute walk into the centre but we didn't mind that. There are buses nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
I came to Split with 3 friends to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We had the most wonderful holiday and stayed at the Bel Residence. When we arrived we had such a wonderful welcome from Anna who explained everything so well we didn’t need to ask any questions. She helped us plan our stay and have really helpful advice about trips and places to eat and drink. She helped make my friends birthday really special with a delicious cake. The hotel is very friendly and exceptionally clean. We all enjoyed using the coffee machine. The hot chocolate the best I have ever had. The pool was lovely and clean and private - comfortable sun lounges and towels available. The little fridge in the room was stocked with drinks and snack’s which were the same price you can buy in the shops. Really nice little toiletries available in the rooms. We had a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant called Maestro and lovely cocktails at the tennis bar. The beaches in Split and surrounding islands are beautiful. We had a wonderful day at Krka national park - the waterfalls are stunning and definitely worth a visit. Lots of special memories made. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

I stayed at the Bel Residence with my family and from the moment we arrived until departure, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. First of all, staff was very friendly, especially Ana who helped us with all of our requests, making our stay very comfortable. Rooms were spotless, spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. The general cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Also, hotel is situated very close to center, providing easy access to all important attractions. 10/10
A wonderful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was incredible. The staff deserve 5 stars. The beds are extremely comfortable, the pool was perfect. We are especially grateful for the kindness and care that we received from the staff!!!
