Love the easy access to the East Kilbride Mall!

We had a nice stay here. The staff were very friendly.

Lovely weekend with family. Apart from tbd weather, we had the best time. The trains ran smoothly and the people were friendly.

Room was nice, staff friendly but sometimes unprofessional (swearing in front of customers etc) when asked for room to be cleaned, it wasn’t, only Bed made (not changed) and towels replaced.

Good location, easy to check in and check out. There’s a shopping mall downstairs. Free parking.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are spotless only thing I’d say is it would have been good if my bin could have been changed as it was full due to staying 2 nights.

El hotel está bien ubicado para ir con coche porque sales rápido a la carretera. El parking nos costó encontrarlo, pero después te lo se?alizan bien por dónde acceder. En cuanto a la limpieza no me gustó tanto, había pelos de los anteriores huéspedes en el ba?o, almohada, moqueta,... Deberían cuidar más ese aspecto.

酒店总体来説还可以。早餐是标准的英国早餐，种类不算很多，日常的那些。我觉得不好的一点是打车过来入口不容易找到，这点不是很友好。

This was a lovely hotel with great staff. However, we snuggled to find the entrance and parking area. Luckily, I found a very helpful security guard who jumped into the car and guided us.

Great value for money and excellent standards of cleanliness and comfort. Quirky and unusual but pleasant stay if comfortable with unfamiliar surroundings and unusual happenings particularly in relation to dining and service
