Guest：First check in, they give wrong room for us.. i booked 2 queens bed but they gave 1 queen and 1 single bed. We have to go at receptionist again to get the correct room The air conditioning was not cold at all during our stay. It only started to feel cool when we were about to check out. It took almost one full day for the room to become cool, which was very uncomfortable. This was the biggest issue of our stay: there was no water supply at all in the hotel on our last day. This was our first experience staying at a hotel with no water. From morning until we were about to check out, there was still no water. To make matters worse, there was no information or explanation from the receptionist—we had to call them ourselves to ask. This issue also delayed our travel plans. Guest：Alright hotel, with a spacious room. The cleanliness was good. There were some downsides though. The bed was hard and there was no window in the room. The location from the city is quite far and public transport does not work that well. There seems to be a restaurant on the ground floor, but have not seen anyone eating there.: 2025-12-01
