lovely staff BUT room is very tiny, water is set off at a temperature which is NOT hot (warm but not hot) and breakfast has pretty much no vegetarian options so a bit disappointing

Lovely room, well appointed and very clean. Staff were engaged, helpful and efficient. The food was simple, but well cooked, fresh and hot. I thought the price point was very fair for what was on offer.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit Pub!
Es handelt sich um ein sehr sch?nes renoviertes lokales Pub, welches auch als Hotel dient. Das Pub selber ist sehr sch?n klassisch eingerichtet. Das Inn ist nur ca. 6min vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Check-in verlief sehr schnell und ?u?erst freundlich. Das Personal ist allgemein sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war für uns drei passend, wobei die Couch für einen Erwachsenen vielleicht eher nicht so gemütlich ist. Für unsere Kind hat es aber voll gepasst.
Das Frühstück wird als klassisches englisches Frühstück in Buffetform angeboten. Es war sehr gut! Tagsüber gibt es ausgezeichnete englische Pub-Küche, wobei augenscheinlich wirklich alles frisch gekocht ist und von bester Qualit?t. Das Pub wird anscheinend auch sehr ausgiebig von lokalem Publikum besucht, was grunds?tzlich schon für sich spricht. Und das Pub, so wie die gesamte Stadt ist sehr, sehr Hundefreundlich. Das war zwar für uns nicht wichtig, ist aber auff?llig. Auch im Hotel werden Snacks usw. für Hunde angeboten.
Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt und ist leicht per Bahn aus York oder Leeds erreichbar. Es gibt auch Parkm?glichkeiten, falls man mit dem PKW anreist. Unsere ganze Familie war vom Knasborough Inn begeistert und wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder besuchen!

Nice hotel, great location easy to walk down to the local attractions.

Liked the building/ room. Staff pleasant (but overworked).
Didn’t like poor breakfast (lots of food/drink missing, arriving in dribs and drabs), stained pillowcases.
Poor value/standards for money considering ￡260/night.

Could be a lot better
Hotel pretty good, staff friendly, rooms excellent however didn't like having to go to the bar to order food, this is supposed to be a 3/4 star hotel not a corner pub, if I have a criticism unfortunately the food is poor, in marking it out if ten it is no more than a 4.

Lovely hote
Very attentive and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Very well appointed room with a comfy bed and good bathroom. Nice bar with lots of space. Breakfast very enjoyable. The only downside was the main evening meal - it wasn’t unpleasant but really wasn’t in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Seemed very ‘processed’ if that makes sense. Certainly won’t stop us returning to the hotel next time we visit Yorkshire

What a little gem of a place. First time visit, travelling on my own for business. Perfect location for me.
Beautiful room, very clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows. Big TV, easy to navigate remote!
Bathroom was spotless, nice complimentary toiletries.
Comfy bed, had a good sleep once I managed to get off, could hear other guests on the corridor, but I guess I was earlier settling in than the average on a Sunday evening (early to work Monday!)
Breakfast was really good quality, fair selection of hot and cold options, lots of fresh fruit on offer too. Very impressed, bit disappointed I arrived later on the Sunday evening and decided not to have an evening meal now!

Lovely hotel
Comfortable bed. Shame I was put in an accessible room as the washbasin was ridiculously small & in truth would be totally impractical for anyone in a wheelchair as they wouldn't be able to get their knees under the sink & it would be impossible to even brush their teeth !!
The T V was in an absurd position high on the wall directly to the left when lying in bed ,so one would have to twists in the most absurd position to watch TV. Im very fortunate not to be disabled so moved the bed so I could actually watch tv straight in front of me !!!
