房間很美觀及舒適，只是可能冬天太冷，房間內的半戶外熱水很快就冷卻，但公眾浴池也很舒適！
天氣很好，房間可直望很美的富士山，沒選錯旅館！

This is not my first choice honestly but since other hotels are full I booked, this is the only available option. The hotel is traditional Japanese style, clean, personalised service, English speaking staff, decent set breakfast and dinner, beautiful kimono for ladies and the temperature of onsen is just perfect during winter weather.
Talking about amenities, the bristles of the toothbrush are too hard, causing the gums to bleed and feel painful.
Location-wise, there’s a beautiful park nearby where you can walk and enjoy the Kawaguchi lake view.
On the 5/F, there’s a Fuji mountain scenic spot for photo shooting and the view is just stunning.

這家的早晚餐十分難吃，第一次在日本吃到難吃的食物，先說他的牛肉，硬得像橡皮筋，他的魚是腥的，他其他做得很精美的食物，每一件都吃不出是什么，但就是不好吃的，

體驗非常好,無論餐飲住宿溫泉都無得頂??不枉我選擇這間酒店,很日式,很乾凈,情侶家庭首選,隔間亦很好,去用餐時,被鋪也幫你放好,讓你入睡方便, 很貼心服務,酒店每日有幾趟穿梭巴士通行????.

當時我是步行到酒店，大約30-45分鐘左右，同時可以欣賞附近環境。酒店check-in 時，需要選擇早餐及晚餐的用餐時間，直接到餐廳就可以。房間空間非常大，有獨立洗手間，還有戶外溫泉浸泡，但預熱時間比較長，需要提早預熱。房間可以清晰看到富士山，非常值得體驗。
