The staff without exception were wonderful, can not fault them.?
The building is beautiful and nicely renovated.?
Restaurant is gorgeous, not your average room.?
The bar downstairs is excellent, service, cocktails and pianist. ?
Few minor niggles , but at this price there shouldn’t be, ?Loo nr reception could do with dirty mastic replacing. Bathrobes should not have stains on them or be kept uncovered under a sink next to the toilet. ?Lounge chair arms need a clean. ?Minor but at 400+ a night it matters. ?Shame no outside Christmas decoration ? The staff are what makes this hotel.?

This was a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely. The concierge was brilliant. Unfortunately ive forgotten his name but he was so interesting and full of knowledge. I think he originally used to work in London but he completely made our stay. We would definately go again but stay longer next time.
