Guest：The security was very rude. It's like she didn't want to assist at all. When we got to the apartment there was no tissue.
Guest：My first night my apartment was infested with cockroaches. As I added on days, the following day, housekeeping showed me two other apartments. the first one was also filthy. The second had been cleaned but on day 3 the cockroaches came out. I asked for Doom and was told it was at reception but received it a few days later. There was a loud beeping noise coming from the passage and maintenance could not locate the noise. The oven had not been cleaned so on my last night when I wanted to cook, whatever dirt or oil was in the oven created a lot of smoke, which was an issue as that night it was cold and could not open the windows. Just as well as the two main windows don't open properly. The staff were very accommodating but the whole building needs to be fumigated. the neighbors in the building shared that sentiment
