The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center / old town. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is nice and professional. A big plus was the free parking although the number of parking spots is limited.

Good n warm reception staff, location is not far from city square which is 10-15min walk. Big n spacious room. Complimented tea n hot water at reception n allow access to dining area . Level 2 has sofa seat for guest to chill Near the hotel - there is a pizza cafe n Chinese eatery . Didn’t try but at least this 5min walk fr hotel

Wonderful. Very comfortable and very good breakfast

Outstanding service from the front desk staff. One of them was kind enough to lend me his desktop computer to print out my boarding pass which I was unable to do on an iPhone.
The only slight criticism is the water pressure in the shower is weak and it takes about five minutes for hot water to appear.
Overall, very good value for money with a included decent breakfast.

房间很漂亮，但是网不好，没有拖鞋和牙刷，来这边旅游得提前自备。
牙刷和拖鞋应该不是酒店的问题，应该是欧洲的都这样。
但是网真的一言难尽，回酒店就用自己的网，五天用了100多人民币的流量费。

Had a good stay here. Modern and clean room, especially the bathroom was neat. Friendly staff. The city center is nearby, you can walk to most sights of the city, meaning, there`s a good number of restaurants, bars and stores nearby as well. Only minus points: the wifi reception in my room was quite bad and the hallways are a little too dark. Nonetheless, it's reccomendable to stay here.

Mein Zimmer sah exakt aus wie auf den Bildern, war modern, sauber, alles war in gutem Zustand. Minuspunkte waren nur die etwas schlechte WLAN Qualit?t, der relativ laute Kühlschrank im Zimmer und der nicht funktionierende Fernseher.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Lage ist gut, nah an der Altstadt, viele Restaurants und Cafés in der N?he. Der Gro?teil der Stadt l?sst sich zu Fu? von hier erkunden.
Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

It is a good location for the price. It is close to most of the scenic locations in Cluj, and the room was well-kept. The bathroom had heated floors, breakfast was decent, and the staff was very helpful. Being near the botanical gardens makes it a great choice for sight-seeing and means it is quiet in the evening. If you walk around Cluj it is easy to find your way back, and it has its own parking if you are driving.
