Located just a few steps from Diocletian’s palace in the heart of the Old Town, perfectly situated for exploring Split. Due to its vibrant location, it was very loud, particularly in the evening, which may not be suitable for some visitors. The room was clean & functional.
No hay recepción, check-in es automatizado y se complicó un poco porque no recibí código de acceso o instrucciones hasta que yo busqué contacto por WhatsApp. Habitación peque?a aunque funcional, gran vista. La terraza tenía una gotera de agua sucia en la lona que la cubría (gran falta de mantenimiento y limpieza de esa área). Accesible caminando a lugares de interés. Se escucha mucho ruido y la campana de la torre suena cada hora.
Diocletian's Palace Historic Base
An amazing location within Diocletian's Palace, steeped in the history of Split as soon as you open the curtain each morning!
Room was clean with ample room, fridge is appreciated too. Machine coffee and water cooler in common area was also a nice touch.
My only things to note are that hot water didnt last long enough for 2 back to back showers, something to plan for. Also, the front door of the property doesn't inspire confidence when approaching - to say its 'non-descript' is a polite way of putting it! Once inside though, the room is exactly as shown, more than happy with value and comfort it provided
Cosy room in the heart of Split
The location of our room was remarkable. Right in the middle of Diocletians Palace and a small walk away from multiple restaurants, bars and shops. We would have liked to be warned of the Bell Tower right out our window ringing at early hours of the morning, but outside of that, great place.
You get what you pay for
Location was awesome
I guess you get what you pay for it’s quite affordable but missing a lot of things for me
First of all upon arrival bathroom wasnt clean. No drinking water in the room, cheapest shampoo possible, no dental kit no slippers. I learned there was a communal kitchen upstairs 3 days later and apparently I could get water there. But calling it a luxury is a stretch.
This is a great spot in the heart of Split - the views are epic. Easy access to all of the local attractions and felt like you’re part of the experience.
