Loved this place! The view was stunning, the staff were delightful and our room was cute with a beautiful outlook. A great place to base ourselves for some days of walking. Could sit on the deck for a week soaking up the view! Serene and wonderfully relaxing.

We walked from our resort, had coconut coffee and took in the magical view. Decided to return for dinner, which was very nice. Very reasonable prices for both drinks and food. Staff were excellent and so friendly. Gave us info about local area. We all recommend you pop in.

This room's great! It's got an awesome valley view from up high. The hotel even has a bus from Hanoi, and guess what? It drops us right at the hotel gate. It's a small but super cozy place. Easy to stroll through villages and cool to rent a motorbike for nearby spots. The receptionist was so helpful. I totally recommend this hotel for folks seeking convenience and proximity to the region's highlights.
Incredible experience of true Vietnamese natural beauty and heart felt hospitality. Location sits overlooking layers of mountains in the distance. At nighttime moonlight shines and local music carries across the valley. I’ve traveled extensively in Vietnam and was incredibly lucky to find Pu Luong Gateway Inn. We were taken care of love and thoughtfulness. Never did we feel taken advantage of or pushed to do extra things, they made sure we had access to whatever we needed. Food was prepared fresh, portions are generous with all ingredients locally sourced- true farm to table! Rooms are comfortable with proper soft bedding and new memory foam topped mattresses, plush towels for hot showers and modernized bathrooms. Shuttle service available to/from major locations or next stops. Highly recommend for your holiday destination.
