Guest：Les points noirs : état de la chambre : La propreté laisse à désirer, notamment avec des traces de rouille dans la baignoire. De plus, le parquet semble vouloir "fuir" la pièce (lames mal fixées) et l’ampoule de la kitchenette pendait à notre arrivée. Plomberie impossible : Si vous n'avez pas la force de "Musclor", préparez-vous à prendre un bain. Le sélecteur de la douche était tellement dur qu'il était impossible de l'actionner. Isolation phonique inexistante : Bien qu'étant au 6ème étage, nous avions l'impression d'être au 1er. Le bruit de la rue est omniprésent. Réveil brutal : Travaux de perceuse à 8h55, puis rebelote à 9h05. Idéal pour ceux qui ne comptaient pas faire de grasse matinée... Confort thermique : La centrale de climatisation était cassée. Par chance, la météo était clémente, sinon le séjour aurait été invivable. Les seuls points positifs : L'emplacement est idéal, juste à c?té de l'Arena, et le personnel est sympathique. Mais cela ne justifie en rien un tel tarif pour une chambre dans cet état de délabrement technique.

Guest：Who ever I spoke to via email was very kind and helpful. For this, I would give 5*. The property itself...not too clean in rooms, dents in walls, sofa bed wasn't set up for us which I've not experienced in the past. Found out a part was broken so someone came and repaired it. Found hair by the sink/hairdryer and because the rooms have kitchenettes, you could smell what people were cooking in your room which we especially didn't like. The bed was incredibly comfortable though. There is a shop just across the road to get snacks and drinks. Close walking distance to Westfield and arena.
