I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests.
Overall we feel good and comfortable to stay in the SilkRiver hotel. The staff are very responsive and give us so many recommendation for the service and tour nearby around. The room is clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the massage service in the hotel. However there is a construction site near one of the room we book, the the noise starts at 7 am in the morning is quite annoying. It would be perfect if the hotel could make some improvement on this noise control.
We love this hotel. Its clean and staff are attentive. Buffet breakfast is international. The location is a bit far from old town but its quiet away from the noise and busy old town and we are fine with it. This hotel is at the end of the road and walking to old town is about 15 to 20mins depending on your pace. Free bikes are available with locks, you can ride and park at old town and stroll. This is much easier. Only downside is we requested for simple birthday decor for our daughter’s room for her 16th birthday. Hotel have responded saying they will do so unfortunately it was not done, we wanted it as a surprise for her upon check in and we are frustrated. Other than these everything are fine.
