房间衞生不错，每天都有保洁人员来打扫，如果不希望打扫可以在门把手挂上小牌子。每天有2瓶免费的水，L和LL层免费提供热水、咖啡、柠檬水、茶等等，还有微波炉。前台工作人员很热情，周边基本没什么噪音。

Hot water from tap and shower comes out milky and smells a little weird, bed had a piece of metal sticking out (in the photo) , really easy to kick it while in the dark. I got myself a pretty bad bruise from it so be careful if you get room 408. I wouldve called front desk about these issues but the phone in the room didnt work either.
On the plus side, staff are pretty nice. Fridges are also available on request.

感觉不错，价格方面偶尔变动有点大
交通很方便，周围有好几条地铁线
地段处于曼哈顿下城，晚上相对比较安静
唯一的缺点可能是客房服务的时间较晚，每次都是下午四五点才来

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was quick and easy to check in. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed for getting ready and showering. The hotel also has good restaurants in it. Highkey has a lovely brunch and good drinks. The staff here are kind and helpful. The location is fantastic. It's a short walk from the subway, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, some of which are very affordable.

The hotel is located right in the middle of high rises in the financial district. While vicinity to metro, pier, restaurants etc is very pleasant, it's also super confusing to get to and feels a bit claustrophobic.
The room was nice as such, a lot smaller than the previous hotel I stayed in in NYC (no seating option except the desk chair here). Housekeeping seems a bit unorganized; I stayed two nights and on the day I spent in NYC completely and left the hotel around 10am for sightseeing, returning around 5pm, no room service had been done at all. On the next day, when I was due to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 9am when I was still in the shower.
For a decent price I would consider staying again but with other alternatives available would likely choose something else.

Great location, Service was exceptional especially from all the staff at the receptions. Free waters, ice machine and minute walk away from Fulton st metro which is main metro stops for majority of the metro line including JFK lines. Walking distance to WTC, Brooklyn bridge and Chinatown
