One of my worst experiences in Makkah hotel, avoid booking at this hotel as of my experience of lowest service giving.

Everything about the hotel was great, except for one thing. When I entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes, even though there was no one else there but me and my dad. I decided not to bother changing rooms because I wanted to finish my Umrah and get to the airport on time, so I didn't let the staff know before checking out.

I had a great stay at Address. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and my room was very spacious. My only comment is about the location, though it is close to the new expansion, it is some way away from the centre, so anyone elderly or with mobility issues will struggle going up and down to the Haram. There is also a Sky Musallah which has an amazing view of the entire Haram.

Wanted to do a quick umrah trip and this was an amazing option. Location was perfect and the prayer hall on top is amazing

Security staff, specifically the younger ones are quite rude. They aggressively single you out if you don't look stereotypically wealthy and demand your hotel card at C level. The pictures here are after I told them to clean the bathroom. Not sure what the cleanliness standard is at this hotel when it comes to bathrooms. I also pointed out to what looks like an insect breading nest, the cleaner spinner me a story and said it was paint. Now that I've got the negatives out of the way. We lived the location. The room itself was up to standard, just one day, I had to call numerous times to get it cleaned. The food at the restaurants were top quality. Really enjoyed it.

The address was good. The service was seamless and considered. They acted on requests quite quickly and were happy to promptly assist with requirements. The view was not so great from tower 1 but all the same a good stay. It was convenient and a good place to always return to after the day’s schedule.
