Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour.
Un accueil chaleureux de Léa à la réception : très gentille, professionnelle et de très bons conseils.
La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable.
L’h?tel est idéalement situé, en plein hyper-centre de Lille, à proximité immédiate de la Grande Place, de la veille bourse, du vieux Lille.
Je recommande également le restaurant La Part du Lion pour le d?ner, c’est une excellente adresse.

The room is modern and spotless! The front desk staff were super nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay very much and stay here again in the future for sure!

The hotel is located in the city center 10min from the train station. The room was good and the staff very helpful, the only issue is that there are 4 floors with no elevator.

Fijn hotel, midden in de stad. De kamer was schoon! We hadden ook gevraagd om een stille kamer, daar is ook naar geluisterd. Inchecken ging vlot, personeel was beleefd.

The facilities are outdated, with leaking walls in the breakfast area and a generally worn and neglected environment.

Rooms slightly awkward sizes. Bathroom door didn’t offer privacy, massive gaps.
Otherwise the best week of my life!

The family room is much bigger than I expected, and the two toilets perfectly suit our needs. Great location, but quiet at night.
