Great location, not far from the beach with sun beds 5€ each and a good variety of restaurants, shops and bars within a 5 minute walk. The hotel is fantastic, the staff are amazing and always helpful. If your looking for a chilled holiday, this is the hotel to choose. The food is the best we have had, always hot, a great mix for all tastes, if they don’t have something that you would like eg. Omelettes, they will make you one. There is always soup for lunch or dinner, also a wide range of salad and cheeses, there is always rice, chips or potatoes, a fish dish, a couple if not more of meat dishes and vegetables at every meal, the sweets are to die for, lots of choice, melon and pineapple too. Also fresh fruit and nuts. There is always BBQ night every Friday and there is so much choice, and entertainment. The chefs are very good, Joanna and the team are very hard working. Nicos the head waiter in the dining room is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for him or the other waiters, the dining room is very clean and plates are cleared quickly. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool area is lovely and clean, no need to reserve a sun bed, there are plenty and very comfortable. Nico and Angela at the bar are very attentive to everyone’s needs and again nothing too much trouble, they keep the bar and pool area free of glasses all day. There is free icecream at the bar and wraps, sandwiches, salad or pasta bowls too, even cake. The rooms are lovely, the showers are very powerful, the hairdryer is also powerful. The rooms are cleaned and the towels are changed every day. Poppy the ground floor cleaner is marvellous, always running around, as are the other cleaners on each floor. There is a kettle in the room, they have water at the bar for you to buy or the shops nearby do larger bottles, although you can get a glass of water at the bar. The bar closes for all inclusive drinks at 11pm but most people get a couple of drinks before 11pm and the drinks are quite reasonable when you pay. The bus stop is not far, just 5 minute walk to catch the bus to Kos town, only 2.30€ each way. You can also go across to eat or drink in the Gaia village where there is entertainment, but it is very busy with families.

Nice hotel with lovely staff and spotlessly clean in a great location. We had a nice holiday but wouldn't stay here again. The food is mediocre. Two toasters with just two slots is not enough to accommodate guests. Nobody cooking omelettes for breakfast. Coffee isn't great. We ate out most evenings as pretty poor selection. BBQ on a Friday evening is nice, but need to get there early or what is left is cold. Tea and coffee with kettle is provided in room, but no water. You are allowed a glass of water to take back to the room. If we are paying over 200 euros a night, I expect water to be in the room.

This hotel is just amazing. If you want peace and tranquility with everything you could require within very easy reach this is the ideal place. Every member of staff goes the extra mile to make the stay an exceptional experience. The selection of food for all meals is varied, well cooked and delicious. All areas are kept clean to a high standard and the cleaning staff do an excellent job keeping the rooms with fresh towels and bed linen daily. Pool area is incredibly relaxing and no need to rush out for a comfortable sun lounger. We have had four wonderful holidays here and look forward to returning again next year.

So sadly it is raining today first rain since May! However we are here at the end of September so l thought l would spend my time writing a review. Location it is a 7 minute walk ( I haven't timed it but that's what all the other reviews say) in one direction outside the hotel to the beach and in the other direction to the busy street with shops and lots of restaurants. Sun beds are plentiful to hire from lots of different people. But be warned some don't have access to a toilet so they might be 10 instead of 15 euros but do you want to walk back to your hotel for the toilet. This is for 2 beds and parasol. Although it is a lovely sandy beach and very shallow it's windy and can get a little rough when swimming. The street has lots of restaurants take your pick what ever you like. Supermarkets to buy water this is not on the all inclusive in GIS and so you need to buy it. Also tourist places to book your trips. No reps at the hotel to do this. Hotel is clean and very quiet unlike the GV sister hotel. No evening entertainment except Friday Greek Night. However you can go to GV just down the road and join theirs. Food is fine lots of choice at breakfast and a little bit repetitive if you are here for fortnight for lunch and dinner..No cocktails on AI or Cappuccino. Struggles to keep food warm wondered why people were having main course first and then salad starter! Fine if you eat it fast. Staff are helpful. Coffee is better at pool side.. Rooms are fine with air conditioning.I was pleased.I brought own toiletries but there's are okay. No conditioner. Hairdryer fine. Round 2 pin sockets don't forget adapter for your chargers. Ask for pack lunch the day before if you are going out on a trip.. Baguette a cookie and a very hard green apple! Still if you have an hour stop for lunch on trip and you want a swim or sightsee it's the better option. Best months are July and September I was told by member of staff. Lots of sun beds by the pool.Pool is clean. Hire pool towels 10 euros. Also nice bar. lf you are looking for a really really quiet place to soak up the sun read a book not cook for a fortnight then GIS will suit you fine. If you like lots of action pool activities and entertainment then Gaia Village would be the hotel for you. What l love is easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shops. Nice clean hotel nice food that l haven't had to cook. No children in the pool splashing me! What l don't like is no water included in AI or in your room. Also no real inside space to chill when it's raining apart from your room!! Hopefully it won't rain when you come to Kos.

Excellent stay in this small friendly hotel. Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds but very small shower / bathroom. All staff were extremely polite and friendly, special mention to Nikos, Mary Joy and Maravek in the restaurant who really looked after us with a smile. Also Nikos and Angela in the pool bar. Will hopefully return soon.

Struttura pulita e ben organizzata, STAFF eccellente in cortesia e disponibilità! In particolare il ragazzo del pool bar Nikos , molto competente e gentile! Leda la ragazza della reception accogliente e disponibile. Cucina buona e molto varia , ottima la formula all-inclusive , comprese bibite e alcol..insomma consiglio!

We have just come back from Gaia in Style, after a great 14 day holiday. This is a small hotel for adults only, which completely ticked all the right Boxes for us. The Hotel is very clean, has great staff & a great selection of food that varies daily. It is a 2 minute walk from a great beach & the main strip of the town. If you are looking for a chilled quiet hotel with all the above, this is the hotel you want to go to, we cant wait to go their again next year (If theirs any dates that are free as it is booked up very quickly, which says a lot about how popular it is) From Nikos and his staff in the restaurant (Special mention for Mary Joy & the little waitress she worked with (Sorry she didn't have a name tag) to Nikos & Angela in the pool bar, they all made a good holiday a great holiday for us. The cleaners & ground staff ensure a very clean & pleasant hotel which when it is in temperatures of 35 degrees + I would not like to do their jobs.(Full marks for their dedication and hard work) The kitchen staff supply a great selection of food throughout the day (I loved the stuffed mushrooms) & do a great Friday night 'Greek Night' barbecue. Plenty of sunbeds for all. overall my wife and i had a amazing time here and would rate it 100% In all a great place to stay & we will be back hopefully next year.

Me and my wife stayed at gaia in style on 29 June for 2 weeks. we had a great holiday swimming pool area, which was lovely. could always find a sun bed. The food was good but could have done with a bit more variety. The location was excellent rooms was a bit staff was excellent especially Nikos in the restaurant and Angela in the pool bar would definitely return

Me and my wife stayed at gaia in style on the 29 of June for 2 weeks. we had a great holiday the hotel was very good the swimming pool area was excellent you could always get a sunbed The food was good could do with more variety. The room was a bit small The location of the hotel was brilliant close to beach and bars and restaurants all the staff was very good Nikos in the restaurant was excellent and so was Angela in the pool bar we would definitely return

Just returned from a 2week holiday to this lovely little hotel, if you want a relaxing holiday this is definitely it, great location, rooms cleaned every day a great job by katarina and the rest of the team, nikos and girls are fab look after you so well and angela in the pool bar, great hotel
