In the heart of Cape Town, easily walkable to the V&A Waterfront. Check in staff, at our request relocated us to a quieter room off the main street. Breakfast was good with loads of variety. Staff friendly and helpful!
Chambre agréable et belle piscine dans un environnement cependant un peu moyen car donne sur le parking. L'hotel est à 20 minutes de marche environ de waterfront. Peu de restaurant à proximité de l'hotel
Subpar experience
We didnt receive the room we reserved, what made the matter worse is that the welcome letter in the room had a different name which suggested that another guest was given our room honesty for the amount paid this was unacceptable.
the hotel did try and make it up to us the following day by changing the room but we left for the whole day to complete our itinerary for that day and when we returned they had checked in someone else.
the hotel really needs to improve on this , they also need to consider that a welcome letter in the room creates a bond with the hotel or personalizes your stay with them and if i find a difference name ...
everything else felt standard after this event.
