Friendly staff and clean facilities. Elevator was slow and only one was working.

clean room, but had to purchase coffee and breakfast, not included. also when we arrived we had to wait a few minutes because the front desk lady stopped waiting on me to answer a call. otherwise it was nice and convenient for our cruise.

No wash cloth and top to half wall not secured. Could not secure items in the room due to door having lock issues. After changing rooms water was cooler than normal was unable to have a hot shower.

WLAN funktionierte leider nicht, somit der TV auch nicht. Klimaanlage sehr laut. Abfluss der Badewanne lie? sich nicht verschlie?en. Ansonsten ein gutes Hotel.

Rooms were very nice and clean and check in was easy and access to parking was exceptional even though property was at maximum capacity, snack bar was excellent and this was a great experience for our traveling party
