While waiting for the confirmation code from the hotels, they wouldn't let us wait in the lobby; they told us to wait outside in the cold. They were terrible.

Good hotel in centrale Venlo
Fine order hotel in central Venlo. Freindly staf and good atmospheare. Parkering available. Spacy 3 person room.

Kamer was klein, zeer warm.
Een beetje claustrofobie kreeg ik er van.
Voor twee personen was de kamer eigenlijk niet geschikt.
Zitting Stoelen in de kamer waren kapot.
Beneden in eetzalen was het er prachtig.
Op zich een mooi zeer oude accommodatie

The service and staff are excellent and take care of you. Internally, the property needs updated with furniture, fixtures / fittings and decorated.

Wir waren im 3-Bett Zimmer untergebracht. Dies Zimmer lag im "alten" Teil des Hoteln. Die Teppiche auf den Fluren waren aus den 70ern (auch so dreckig). Unser Zimmer: M?bel aus den 80ern, kaputt, alles schmuddelig.
Speisesaal hat auch bessere Zeiten gesehen. G?ste habe beim Frühstück am Buffet Würstchen und Rührei fallen lassen. Das lag bestimmt über ein halbe Stunde, ohne vom Personal beachtet zu werden.
Standard Frühstück - ging - der Kaffee war in Ordnung.
Aber 145€ für das Zimmer war eine unversch?mtheit - nie wieder.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly and always approachable. But since we are couple we had a hard time to sleep in a joined single beds because it always separates when we moved. I already mentioned it during my booking but it was not given much attention.

Good price and good memories to me
During last 18 years, whenever I visit at Venlo, always I stay here.
So, this hotel is the place that holds good memories for me.
The hotel is closed to Venlo station and I can feel a long history with good price.
I will be back again when I come back to Venlo.

Plafondplaat bij de kamerdeur was kapot, er ontbrak een bolletje van het nachtlampje en de gang en trappen stofzuigen zou fijn zijn want er lagen gewoon plukken stof.
Bedden waren uitstekend en badkamer was schoon maar douchen in bad is voor mensen van 70 wat lastiger. Ontbijt was perfect.

De kamer is orima, mooi uitzicht.
Vloerbedekking niet hygienisch
Douchen in bad is ook verouderd. Gevaarlijk voor ouderen.
Gehorig, maar dat wisten we.
Service en ontbijt prima
Fijn dat we de auto konden parkeren.
Het was netjes en schoon
