Long wait for elevators. Everything else was great. Two pools, hot tubs, pool towels included, restaurant, Tiki bar, variety store on site. Small gym if needed. Close to Panama City activities and restaurants. Security on site. More elevators would be a good addition.
Nice room , loved our stay the only disappointment was the elevators we were waiting at least 20+ minutes for an elevator then inside they were hot and crowded. But very nice would love to stay again in the future ! Would recommend this to others .
BAD: It was not uncommon to wait 20 minutes for an elevator. The pull out bed was like sleeping on springs. There was only four forks in the room. We had to go and purchase more. GOOD: Location
Room 1426 - upon entering you are met with a strong, pugent mold/mildew odor. Allergies went haywire. Most furniture torn, not two living rooms. Unclean in several rooms to include human stains on bed sheets - why am I paying a cleaning fee? Marks/dings on walls, place is smaller than advertised Just don’t go here
Let me start by saying the actual condo was absolutely wonderful. Perfectly clean & spacious. I am a thousand percent sure the rooms are so wonderful because they are privately owned, cleaned and updated. The property however, disappoints. I contacted the property to ensure all amenities were in working order BEFORE booking. Was told all is well. Drove over 11 hours only to find out all pools and hot tubs close at 7pm!! 7pm! Thwy are supposed to be open until 11pm. We were told it was due to a lighting issue HOWEVER all pool areas were lit up like Christmas every single night. Not one light was out. Also, the bar area around the pools never closed at 7pm so they could sure sell you drinks and make money with their non-existent lighting "issue". Very disappointing for a vacation you work hard to go on. Their website also lies. It states they have indoor pools. There are no indoor pools. One VERY SMALL indoor hot tub. I mean its pretty much in a closet sized room and severely needs a good clean and updating. You almost feel gross walking into it its so dirty and paint chipping everywhere. May seriously want to consider another property.
The Summit has everything on site for the perfect day at the beach. Ice machine, snack bar, market, tiki bar located at the pool area before you head down to the water. Plenty of lounge chairs both poolside and beach front. Clean restrooms and security makes an even more enjoyable experience. Room 703 is steps away from the elevator which was extremely convenient. The room was very clean and the most comfortable bed ever, smart tv in bedroom and living room. Fulling functioning appliances and washer/dryer, all seemed to be very new. The view is amazing. Will rebook 703 every time we visit PCB
