Your comments are not just terribly wrong, but also far beyond the reality, apparently resulting either from a personal way of thinking, or, from an extremely negative attitude, for reasons unknown to us. - Indeed, you arrived very early in the morning and after a warm welcome, beach towels etc were given to you, to spent, as you said, your time on the beach. In the villa you enter well before 14:00- the typical check in time. Yes, we do not serve drinks on the beach (about 150m. away from the bar) but you do not pay for that. - A small piece of plaster from an outside balcony fell on the rear windshield of your rental car during the night, (reason unknown) and we are proud to say that due to the immediate response of the manager-who, through at a meeting on the hotel terrace with tour operators, immediately run to the spot and with 3-4 telephone calls the problem was solved- not in minutes but in seconds! To avoid delays resulting from the typical insurance procedures, the hotel covered the whole expenditure, so that another car was given to you in no time. What you mentioned about coffees etc are product of a very imaginary mind. Though just an accident, the manager apologised to both owners of the car and to you, with words ‘’we are sorry about that’’ at least 3-4 times. The hotel staff and the management are very sad, embarrassed, even angry with you and your impolite comments. Naturally, the best answer to you is the fact that about 85% of our guests score their stay with us as excellent, but also the lots of the very positive reviews just below.
