Staff is courteous, the room is nice and large and luxurious. The food is good and not too pricey. The ambience and location of the hotel on its private island/beechfront is excellent.
Need to take care more about cleanliness. our bath tub has many centipede. and it coming to the bed at mid night. my son is crying.
when you serve Food to Room . need to take it back the disk after finish.
We feel like in Paradise ?? - charming competent Service, spacious clean room with view - located in the middle of the lagoon - we took several trips to different remote beaches for snorkelling - also visited the tiny personal Ponderosa Golf Club on a hill near white beach - a really relaxing time out hear
