This property is well situated and is true to the pictures. The room was spacious and well appointed. The entrance was a bit rough and the first set of stairs were dirty but this property shares the building. The floor with the rooms is very secure and renovated. Ivica was very helpful and met us to lead us to the property.

The room was lovely, and being in Old Town, surrounded by lots of interesting sights and great eateries. It is quite noisy outside and the sound carried in, but it didn't bother us too much. The hosts were friendly, very helpful, quick to respond, and shared great information. They also went above and beyond to meet the delivery driver who brought our luggage after it missed the flight, and bring it to the room for us. We were very appreciative. Highly recommend.

Don't drive as it's difficult to find parking lots nearby. Apartment is not a hotel so no manned reception. Difficult to locate apartment.

Hi Thank you for your kind review but we do not advertise as hotel so dont know why did you expect hotel , also we are located in city center wich is pedestrian zone so it is not possible to have parking and we do not advertise parking .

Fernseher und Kühlschrank gingen nicht. Es hat nur eine Steckdose funktioniert. Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Zimmer ist ger?umig wurde aber nicht gereinigt w?hrend unseres 5 Tage Aufenthalts. Am 3 Tag bekamen wir neue Handtücher aber die Mülleimer wurden nicht entleert. Die 4 Sterne die von ******* angegeben werden sind nicht Internationaler Standard. Meiner Meinung ist es ein gutes 2 Sterne Hotel wenn die beschriebenen M?ngel behoben werden k?nnte Google mit seinen 3 Sternen recht haben.

Trevligt st?lle men lite att t?nka p? V?ldigt sv?rt att hitta boende, men s? kanske det ?r i gamla stan i Split. Fick v?nta till klockan 14 p? att checka in eller l?mna v?skan innan incheckningen. Rummet l?g dessutom i en annan byggnad, dock inga problem med det f?rutom att de andra rummens keycards verkade fungera p? v?rt rum. Blev v?ckta av att grannarna kom in p? v?rt rum mitt i natten med sitt keyboard.
