Buen hotel en general. Habitaciones amplias, camas aceptables, una crujía y se hundía un poco, la otra no. Ba?o con ba?era algo incómoda para acceder. Desayuno correcto aunque justo.

Stayed here from 21st December after my wife was rushed to hospital from our Marella Cruise Ship when it docked, booked 2 nights initially until we found out what was happening but had to extend by 1 more night, however i had to extend a further 2 nights and then another 2 as my wife condition deteriorated. The managers and all reception staff were excellent in this, especially as it was an extremely busy time of year but managed to find cancellations to accommodate me as they were aware of my reasons to need a hotel close to the hospital. Room 307 at the back of the Hotel was very clean and spacious the only problem was the safe did not work, i spoke to a lady on reception who came to look but also found it didn’t work, she tried 3 other empty rooms but all those safes didn’t work either even after battery changes, this meant i had to take all my personal things like monkey, passport etc with me all the time, so this needs to be addressed. Only other negative was the lady at breakfast, she was very unfriendly, each day i went to breakfast she would take my room number to see if i had paid for breakfast and seemed quite disappointed That i had. However 1 day of my extension it had been missed In error by whoever extended my room and she took great pleasure in marching me to reception where it was corrected, this was just another unnecessary stress i didn’t need and quite embarrassing, so needs to be addressed. All in though this is a great Hotel with an excellent location on the seafront and even at a very busy festive time was incredibly reasonably priced. I will return in better circumstances for a holiday and highly recommend the Hotel Check in Diamar.

The room was decent and clean. You definitely want a sea view. The hotel is well located right on the beach. The area is a great location for watching the sunset. However the thing that really made my stay was the staff. In particular, Harry and Maria were brilliant. Both super helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

Arrived early and there was no problem getting early access to the room. Very helpful staff.

Gorgeous view right on the beach. Good sized balcony. Spacious twin room. Nice, plentiful cooked and continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shops just steps away from the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Lovely hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. My sea view room comfortable and the view from the balcony is beautiful. It is well connected to bus services for the entire island. However, at the moment it is not permitted to swim in the sea there due to a problem with sewerage pipes being broken. It doesn’t smell, but is unsafe to swim. It doesn’t look like this will be resolved quickly. This is no fault of the hotel. However, I booked that hotel so I could go for a swim mornings and late afternoon, doing trips inbetween. Needless to say had I known this, I would have chosen a hotel in a different part of the island, or a hotel with a pool. I’d advise checking with the hotel about this before booking. I feel sorry for the local tourist places, as it must be impacting on them negatively.

Qualità prezzo ottima , colazione abbondante con dolce e salato . Mezza pensione la sera con carne pesce contorni tutto abbondante , escluso solo dal prezzo le bevande . Consiglio la struttura ad Arrecife a mezz’ora di macchina dal nord e dal sud dell’isola torneremo . Grazie a tutto lo staff . Saluti dalla Sicilia

La habitación que escogimos daba hacia la carretera y las ventanas no están bien aisladas, así que se oía el ruido de los coches durante toda la noche, la cama es aceptable, estaría bien cambiarlas ya y el agua cambiaba de caliente a fría sin mover el grifo, por lo que no te podías duchar correctamente. El resto bastante bien, pero las anteriores son cosas importantes.
