Staff were nice. The hotel does not have a restaurant and/or bar which is disappointing. I also found the room to be just ok. The air conditioner/heater would not turn off, the blinds were broken, there was no hand soap in the washroom and there was no Kleenex. I personally would not stay here again

The staff upon arrival was very courteous. The room was questionable? Upon entering the room, the first light to turn on had to be shut off due to the constant blinking. A person sensititve to the "light show", could of seizured. The top comforter on the bed had a stained, not sure whether it was cleaned or not. The bed sheet had a small hole , really? Im very picking where I lay my head to sleep. I tried calling for a wake up call, but the line continued to ring several times with no assistance. The window shades were either dirty or stained. I think this Radisson needs to be revisited for a make up.

Check in and out staff was friendly. The location was the main reason we booked here, walking distance to breweries we wanted to go.

The hotel room was adequate. It was missing a hair dryer in the bathroom, so we informed the front desk upon leaving. No closet to hang clothes or coats - just a standing rack with hooks. The heating unit was loud when we turned it on, so we had to turn it off when trying to sleep or watch TV. No paper cups in the bathroom - found them near the TV with coffee items.

Location looks kind of sketchy but nothing happened to make me uncomfortable. Rooms were ok, staff was nice. Nothing too fancy, just a regular hotel to sleep in and house your stuff.

Very noisy neighbour next door to me. Didn't get a good night sleep. Woke up to find a bed bug in my bed and I received a very bad bed bug bite to my back. Kindly asked hotel to offer me a refund. This was declined. Very bad customer service. The hotel is dirty and not kept clean. I'll never stay in this hotel ever again!

挺新的，這個出乎意料，因為新，所以設施和衞生都不錯，房間也很寬敞。位置環境的話，除了離機場近，其他一無是處，服務業也談不上
