I want to go back here. Very cozy place. Baguio vibe

We enjoyed our stay. However, I almost got an accident due to slippery floor at cabana king when it got wet due to the mat beneath the door. Also, the breakfast menu was not good. The salisbury meat was too salty. The chicken served were just the same with what we ordered the day before. The taho tasted burnt.

When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!

I booked the Loft Room and it was great especially the bath tub and the service was great, everyone was friendly. Our experience was great overall but there were some little things we noticed that could have made the experience excellent. 1. The ref was so small, since we had left overs we could not even place a regular plate inside, we had to transfer them to another plate and removed the dividers to make it fit in. 2. The windows in the loft room was one of the reasons we booked it aside from the bath tub but it was dirty or scratched up outside so we did not get a nice picture like we planned. 3. The slippers should be changed to ones were it has a bit of grip because we almost slipped a few times going down the stairs. 4. The TV was a big let down it only had regular cable channels unlike the Cabana room were it had a smart TV. It also had weird lights in the screen so we didn't really use it. 5. The 1st hot spring (the one you see first going up) felt kind of dirty when we tried it, didn't see it but it felt like we were stepping on most so we mostly used the 2nd one.

Room amenities has improved since our very first stay here. They have kettle and coffee now plus their own Sol Y Viento Water bottle. Before it was just a simple water plastic bottle without any mark on it. The bed has now the design like in a hotel ?? so thumbs up. These is our third stay here. On my first stay here, simply suggested to have kettle and coffee set on each room.

We are very much satisfied having selected this place for our family bonding. The staffs are very courteous and helpful, from cleaner, to security guard, cart driver, waiter, front desk and others. Was so thankful for a free upgrade offered. The food at the Bario Fiesta is fantastic for lunch and dinner. Such a wonderful experience.
