Beautiful but with some some inconsistencies Beautiful hotel. The rooms were quite large by NYC standards, and the staff was very friendly. The spa experience was fantastic (despite the spa itself having a dated feel with minimal space in the relaxation room). My issue is that I am not sure about the value for the cost. Given how expensive the hotel is, I would have expected unparalleled service. Unfortunately we had incomplete housekeeping one day and no turndown one night. And although small things, for the price, these should not have been misses. Lastly, there was an issue during check out and I never received my invoice (either via a paper copy or an email).
