上海海外賓館地處五角場商圈，地鐵八號線翔殷路站近在咫尺，步行可達第二軍醫大學長海醫院，周邊復旦、同濟等名校林立，位置優越。方便前往南京路、人民廣場等知名景點，車程40多分鐘即可到達虹橋、浦東兩大機場，交通便利。賓館擁有大床房、標準雙人房、套房等各類客房共101套，2個分別可以容納20人-100人的會議室，餐飲部主要以農家菜菜系為主，還設有KTV、棋牌室等設施。是商務、旅游人士的理想居停之所。
賓館開業時間2008年1月1日，2010年12月局部裝修，主樓高6層，附樓高3層，客房總數101間（套）。

Guest：The room was good and clean, the bathroom was a bit small and stinky
Guest：Location is really amazing, close to all the tourists spots, lot of food option around the hotel. You get what you pay for.
Guest：The worst hotel experience so far in China. The room was old, very dirty, no any sound proof. So not worth the price I have paid, which is way much more expensive after I checked the China site
Guest：The hotel was in a pretty good location, about 5 minutes from a train station but pretty much a 20/25 minute walk from a lot of hot spot places. Yu Garden 20 mins, Bund 25 mins, peoples park and the museum about 15 mins. Food and coffee was available all around us from early morning till late night as well as a family mart. Also a great location if you’re looking for halal food around you. There are about 4 restaurants within 5-10 minutes of walking (all pretty similar but good)
