Last night, after suddenly feeling severe stomach pain, one of the staff members — Mr. Jiuju (久喆) — immediately accompanied me to the hospital. He stayed with me from 4:00 AM until 10:00 AM, handled everything from registration to translation, and never left my side. What he did… even many close friends would not do. When we returned to the hotel, he informed his colleagues about my condition. As I was walking toward the elevator, I suddenly heard fast footsteps behind me. Two staff members came rushing toward me asking with genuine concern: “Are you okay? Do you feel better?” They handed me warm water, offered to bring food, and insisted on helping with anything I needed. Later in the afternoon, the Hotel Manager — Mr. Chen (陈小宝) — personally visited my room to check on my health. He told me something that truly touched my heart: “My colleague who took you to the hospital is off-duty now, but he is very worried about you and asked me to check if you are okay.” I told him I was feeling much better, and I sincerely thanked him for their kindness. The manager also helped arrange food for me, made sure my room was comfortable, and even gave me his personal WeChat for any request — whether cleaning, laundry, or anything else I might need. This is not ordinary service. This is true humanity, kindness, and professionalism at the highest level. ? ? About the Hotel Itself ? Prime location — close to attractions, restaurants, and metro. ? Modern, elegant, and extremely clean hotel environment. ? Rooms with stunning city views, especially at night. ? Staff who treat you like family, not like guests. ? ? My Conclusion Atour Chengdu didn’t just offer hospitality… They supported me during a difficult moment, cared for me like a brother, and made me feel safe in a foreign country.
