Guest：带家人来成都看病，居然遇到这糟心的酒店，以前每次来成都都要来这家酒店，现在，这态度差得，让人心烦，什么态度吗，预订了两间房间，其中有一间，一关门，就有一股刺鼻的味道，因为自己有过敏性鼻炎，对味道很敏感，就下楼来要求换房，换房的时候，跟前台説，我不要尾房，一上楼一看，尾房，就下楼来要求重新换，前台服务员那态度，真的是让人受不了，没好气的问我，你不是看过，你为啥子要换，就跟你换回原来的房间，叫保安去处理，我再次告诉她我有过敏性鼻炎，现在都还带着口罩在你面前，对味道很敏感，我受不了，你重新给我换一间，换任何房型都可以，我的前提是不要有味道哪一间和尾房，当时前台服务员那态度，如果不是因为我爸爸身体不好，已经住进去了，真的想让她退房，走人算了！那分钟真觉得就是全成都没房了，露宿街头都不愿意受这个窝囊气，事后携程客服进行道歉，携程倒是很不错，贴心！再也不去这垃圾酒店了！这态度想想都寒心！: 2025-11-01
