是第二次入住的酒店，虽然是几十年的酒店，但环境设施衞生服务还是非常不错，去街上逛逛铜锣湾街很方便，地铁也方便。

The hotel is located in the city center and close to shopping areas in Causeway Bay. It is also close to the Causeway Bay metro so it is easy to travel around Hong Kong. The hotel is clean, and Ms. Chalette, the staff member, was helpful throughout my registration. My room is on the 34th floor, close to the swimming pool. However, the pool is closed due to the weather. The gym is on the B2 floor, which is in the basement area. I haven’t checked the gym, though. To get to my room, I have to change the elevator on the 31st floor to another elevator. ?The regular elevator is slow but the elevators from 31 to 34 are fast. My room is big with a high ceiling, and clean. There is a big bathtub in the room as well. The view is awesome which is Victoria Harbor and Victoria Park. However, the heater in the room didn’t work properly so it was always colder inside. Overall, except for the heater that didn’t work, and the slow elevator, I do enjoy my stay here. If it is not expensive, I might stay here again.

The first time I stayed at regal HK was 2009.
Since then, I try to cross the world to come to HK and always staying at regal.?
Location is fantastic, the hotel is convenient.

I really enjoy the stay at Regal Hotel, it is at a very convenient location. The view is amazing from the upgraded room to the executive level at 32nd floor.

今次系因为预早庆祝生日，所以再次入住酒店。酒店帮我升级到34楼，此楼层装修得好靓，可以望到海景，感觉好舒适，房间还有空气清新机，空气质素很好。

来跑马拉松，提前了很久定的房间，当时预订价格较高，后面降价了，联系了携程，已经把费用退给我了，整体来説算方便的，房间有点老旧，但是在香港算是很大的，床很舒服

续住＂1110房间.酒店??位置优越…交通非常便利机场巴士??就在酒店对面且各线路巴士很多.四通八达、超市、吃吃喝喝出行很方便。前台服务很好????。楼层整洁有序好好。值得重复入住非常感谢??Kazaf经理五星好评！

位置很好，去过很多次香港第一次住铜锣湾，体验真的不错。房间很宽敞，竟然还带一点海景。这个性价比太高了。楼下就是叮叮车。缺点就是有点老，浴巾第一天有污渍第二天破个洞。还有个小问题就是靠路边楼下红绿灯一直有隐隐的叮叮声，如果睡眠差的话可能一有一丝丝影响。总的来説还会再去，会推荐给朋友。

房间陈旧不説，打扫不乾净，茶几有黏腻的饮料还是什么的，十一点打电话让处理，前台无人接电话，浴巾有遗留长发，

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It is not a five-star hotel—more like a high three-star or low four-star property.
Before our arrival, I emailed the hotel to inform them that we would arrive very early in the morning and asked whether an early check-in would be possible. When we arrived at around 6:30 a.m., we were told we would have to wait until 3:00 p.m. My message regarding gluten-free breakfast options was also not addressed. The breakfast in general was disappointing and certainly not five-star quality. The breakfast room and staff reflected the same standard. Plates were cleared, but the dirty cutlery on them was tipped back on the paper place settings. The chairs were also very uncomfortable.
The room, like the hotel overall, was very dated. Our bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the toilet flush didn’t work. While these issues were attended to, this is again not acceptable for a five-star hotel. The mirrors were poorly cleaned, and the furniture was stained and damaged. When I asked to change rooms because we wanted to rest while maintenance was still working in our bathroom, I was told that the alternative room would be even more dated.
There is no proper luggage storage. On both our first and last day, our suitcases were left in the lobby. The reception area was also extremely dated, with desks that were visibly falling apart. The chandeliers throughout the hotel clearly need a thorough cleaning.
I’m sure this hotel may have been a five-star property when it first opened, but over time, due to a lack of proper upkeep, it has lost all of its former glory and is now very run-down. My suggestion would be to either drop at least one star from its rating or make significant improvements.

My family really enjoyed theur stay here. The rooms looked clean, nice, and spacious. There's alao a swimming pool and luggage storage service. It's near the shopping area: Causeway Bay.

Arrived at 1am. No staff helped with luggage.. front desk even asked me to get a trolley myself and get my luggage from the taxi.
Room was really old. Dilapidated toilet. Bedding was okay but room amenities were ancient (aircon switches and lights).
Decent gym though, but who goes to the gym on a holiday?

离地铁站不远，但叮叮车就在门口更方便了。大堂圣诞树美美的。小哥哥非常nice给升级了房间。装修有点老了，床头没有插头，没有转换头，记得自己带上一个。还好现在快充挺快。总体还是很满意。

太多外劳，无礼貌，工作态度马虎，绝对想像不到是5星级酒店。包自助早餐，不吃也无损失，3楼中餐厅更离谱，我和家人不介意价钱贵，只要食材和味道合符水准，但真系超难食，够胆收呢啲价钱。因为我订的价钱是$7xx，地理位置超级方便，所以绝对是可以接受。后来见到无包早餐，都要$1xxx，如果呢个价钱，我会选择其他酒店。酒店太残旧，服务差，系呢个黄金位置，实在嘥咗。
