儿子结婚为来参加婚礼典礼的亲朋好友订的，都説这次入住不错，离着海边太近了，太适合外地朋友来住了，游玩方便

是国营宾馆的老式住房，但还算衞生乾净，服务特别好，在楼道里都会有带着党徽的服务人员跟你打招呼，特别喜欢这个院子，这个时候满院子的桂花香，心情特别舒畅，不远处就是海边，可以沿着木栈道在海边散步

国庆期间入住，停车位充足，省去停车的烦恼。
酒店是邮电系统疗养院更新改造的，环境很好，很安静，早餐比较丰富，有现场做的馄饨和麪条，还有甜点，孩子比较喜欢。
位置在五四广场附近，去周边景点也比较方便，适合带孩子的前来，有的楼没有电梯，所以带长者的可以选择低楼层。

酒店??的整体风格是中式的，里面的每栋房子??独立设定，每层都带个小花园，非常精密，很适合带孩子和长者出行，离海边很近，带孩子挖挖沙子抓抓螃蟹??很惬意，饭菜也很好吃，很青岛的口味，赠送的啤酒??券晚上点个菜喝一喝很是惬意。

第一次来青岛，选了很久选到这个酒店，给我很大惊喜！院内风景怡人，前台小姐姐很亲切，服务态度好，热情！还有小哥哥帮我们引导路线，房间很大，窗外风景不错，每天还有好吃的水果，孩子住的也很舒服，早晨丰盛，晚上很安静，总之好评！

酒店是老疗养院，环境优美宜人，距离海边不远，周围安静，吃东西也方便。就是这个季节价格偏高不然居住十天半个月疗养会很舒服。关于衞生硬件，老疗养院条件在这，肯定和五星不一样，但是房子结实隔音。
缺点是距离地铁站较远，如果从市中心打车过来会堵车，不堵车的话大概要半个多小时

设施：齐全，该有的都有。
衞生：乾净整洁，落地窗采光非常棒！
环境：幽雅，很静，一个非常大的院落，里面有8栋住宿楼，一点都不吵闹，停车非常方便。离周围景点、地铁站也很近
服务：服务热情，非常到位
每晚送果盘:每天送的水果都不一样、好吃，还有啤酒卷赠送，晚上回来几个朋友小酌怡情下很哇塞！
总结：这是一个旅游、会议都可非常推荐的酒店。下次再来还会选择住这里，忘了説了，对比附近酒店，这里价格非常有性价比。

整个酒店面积挺大的，停车位不少，停车方便，很适合自驾出行。距离地铁口也比较近，打车也很方便。没想到从房间可以看到海??.酒店的早餐品种也很丰富，随意选择，本人选择了酱菜，味道都不错。牛奶，豆浆很好喝。晚上还送了水果，桃子好甜。下次来青岛还来。

房间乾净衞生，设施齐全，酒店环境很好有很多大树还有花草。早餐乾净衞生都是现做的而且种类也很多，晚餐我们点了一个套餐还有两个菜，菜量很大而且味道也很好。服务人员也很热情办完入住有专人把我们领到房间。下次来青岛还会定这家酒店的。

酒店距离海边挺近的，走路几分钟就是海边，距离小麦岛也很近，酒店里麪很安静，园林绿化高，房间很宽敞明亮，五号楼还能看到大海，幸运的到了海景房，酒店服务很贴心，楼道还备了一些水，晚上回来也不用担心忘记买水

All other hotels in the area are nearly twice as expensive, however the post on trip.com was catchy enough. I noticed that they have smoker's rooms, so, before booking, I refined my search criteria adding: Breakfast included, Bathtub, Non-smoking, and sure enough the hotel was still the first in the results, then I booked a room for two nights.
Upon arrival I double checked that they confirmed my search criteria and the additional note I made during the reservation repeating the same query.
I speak Chinese and I could deal with the very kind person at the reception, who apologetically informed me that the hotel has not rooms with bathtub, but assured that the rooms are non smoking.
From there I started a journey, accompanied by another very kind person, through a number of rooms that were, at best, heavily impregnated of smoke.
Before giving up and looking for a suitable place I was put on a call with the hotel manager who acknowledged their shortcoming and offered me to check a room of much higher price that, being much less used, had better chances of satisfying my primary request of a non smoking room.
The room was much larger, similarly nicely decorated, like the others I saw, and pretty much free of smoke, thus I accepted.
The service is outstanding and kind, the place and facilities are worth the price. Apart of the smoke issue I can definitely suggest the place.
I strongly recommend the management to consider reserving at least one of the many buildings forming the hotel garden to non smokers with very strict application of the National policies for the prevention of fire and smoke, and heavy penalties to those who smoke where not permitted. I will be happy to visit again and give a very different review once they implement the suggestion and inform me.

Sanatorium Getaway
I am endlessly excited about choosing this hotel because it met all my needs for a week of isolation and meditative rest.
First of all, it was a privilege to be accommodated in a suite—two spacious rooms with a beautiful garden view. I didn't expect such a wonderful room upgrade at all.
Secondly, the type of hotel—a sanatorium with a vast territory and separate villa-like buildings—was surrounded by a beautiful garden. The conifer trees were so fragrant that I felt like I was undergoing a course of aroma therapy.
Thirdly, the proximity to the seaside park was a major plus. I enjoyed taking strolls along the seashore, breathing in the cedar tree fragrance and gazing at the blue sea.
Lastly, the location is cleverly situated right in the middle of travelers' routes, making it no more than 20-30 minutes to either the old town or the wild nature sites around the Lao Mountains.
And it also means that I enjoyed the peaceful environment as the tourists crowds were far away and here I hardly heard any noise throughout my week stay. Except for the birds tweeting, which was utterly pleasing!
I was happy to have a daily walk down the hill for the breakfast and walking up the hill after the meal which was so healthy and exercising. As well as strolls up an down the hill in order to get on a bus or a metro.
I was given a fruit platter daily too. Awesome healthy treat !
All in all, I was on cloud nine. I couldn't have made a better choice than booking this hotel instead of a typical multistory hotel, which now seems like a cell compared to the freedom of living amidst gorgeous nature. After all, that's the essence of summer holidays!
Tips: no big choice of restaurants around, just a few and not the best, but there’s a cute villa right across the sea with a cafe in it. I used to order meals via *******, they deliver right to your door, it’s so convenient!

环境很好，鸟语花香，离海边很近，步行10分钟左右，晚饭后去海边散步，听着海浪的声音，心情舒畅，周边饭店多，房间乾净整洁，服务好，下次去青岛还入住！！！
