Amazing experience, everything was just perfect. The hotel is the only 5* hotel in Liverpool and it certainly lived up to its expectations. We didn’t eat Breakfast or Dinner in the hotel, the ￡29 price tag was a bit too steep for breakfast we thought. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. Although we had booked the Deluxe room, we did think the bed should have been larger than just a normal double, but it didn’t spoil our experience. The hotel is 5 min walk to Matthew Street and the Cavern and a 10 min walk to Lime Street Station. ?Perfect experience would definitely stay here again.

The service is ok, but you expect a bit more for a 5 stars hotel. You have to pay spa on top of booking reservation and gym opening times is 8:00am-8:00pm, so no posible to go either in the morning or evenings, which is quite disappointing . Location is very good, close to the city center. Rooms are tiny vs what we expect.

Fantastic lobby and bar with spacious rooms

The classic rooms are small but the facilities are good. The beds are comfy and the pillows are excellent with a choice of hard or soft.

It was lovely being in Liverpool it’s a nice place and the hotel too buh some delay on house keeping and I didn’t like where my room was located,they should give a chance of opting a preference..
