Guest：预订的豪华双人房房，因为豪华房比标间大几个平米，入住时还提醒前台，结果一看房间的环境和订单上看到的不一样，点评上的豪华房都有沙发或小圆桌，我入住时房间啥都没有，以至于东西都没地方放，本想着早上退房时和前台説一下的，结果退房时是个看门的还没睡醒呢，想联系携程的，后来有事忘记了，太无语了。
