The predecessor of the hotel was an old winery built in a village in Xiaguan Town, Shaoxing. With the support of the policy of "co-construction by villages and enterprises to revitalize idle resources", it invested more than 20 million yuan to build a modern homestay in 2019. The design style of the homestay is European industrial style, which comes from the excellent architectural designer team of Greentown Real Estate. The homestay has a number of high-end rooms and a green grassland with an area of up to 4,500 square meters, which is suitable for camping, barbecues, bonfires, group building, and outdoor weddings. The B&B can also provide team catering, and has many business and leisure facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool on the roof, meeting rooms, leisure halls, chess and card rooms, and tea rooms.
