Guest：酒店提供的瓶装水，有一瓶被划了个口，把包里的书和耳机等都弄湿了。因为着急离开所以打电话向工作人员説明了情况，但是等了一天并没有任何人联系我给出瓶装水被划口的原因。因为另一瓶水在不知道是否有划口的前提下被我喝掉了，所以比较担心安全问题，希望酒店能给出一个合理的解释。: 2025-11-01
