Staff were terrific and supportive throughout the stay. Quality of the place was above many other places we stayed. Location in downtown Nelson was great - we felt like we were at home! Lots more to explore, and looking forward to coming back!
Parking was a bit difficult, but otherwise, all good!
Boutique hotel with beautiful landscaping and grounds. The staff were friendly and professional. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful rooms. Would stay again!
What a great place. Loved the proximity to shops and restaurants. Love the vibe of this quaint place. We had the smallest room but it was perfect. Very cozy and comfortable
Great location and quaint - ok for a weekend
Great location, but our room was smaller than rooms I have stayed in when I was in Tokyo! This is more of a bed and breakfast vibe than a hotel. The bed was small and uncomfortable. And the WiFi was very slow.
Nelson stay
Comfortable room , good amenities and very clean. Being described as a boutique hotel I anticipate thick quality towels. Ours needed to be updated as one was thin and frayed.
Parking fee coverage offered for street parking until check outcis a nice touch. Didn’t get to use the front terrace or back deck but both seemed attractive for relaxing
Great location. We stayed in the Aspen which was quite small. There were 2 small chairs in the room which were useless as was the 5 drawer highboy. No choice but to sit on the bed to watch TV.
I would recommend a larger room with furnishings more conducive to the size of the room and the needs of the traveller.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Perfect stay. Charming, comfortable, excellent service, walkable and two minutes from the best coffee shop in BC. Three minute walk to Baker Street. I’d stay here again and again.
This is a fabulous bouquet hotel just off the main street in downtown Nelson. A lot of character and charm. We loved staying here. It felt more like a home than a hotel. Staff were super friendly, and the room was well stocked. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!
We stayed in the Sycamore Room and it was beautiful. Very well cared for with every amenity provided. A was very welcome as it was hot in Nelson during our stay. Staff was very accommodating as we showed up early on a motorcycle and needed a reprieve from the heat. Parking is limited but free if you get one. Also this place is not suitable if you have difficulty with stairs. There are a lot of stairs!
We have stayed here for our last three visits to Nelson and will definitely stay here again.
