We've just finished a week at the Sural Saray Hotel. The hotel is located on a wide, very clean beach in Colakli. A promenade and beach run from the hotel, offering a walk to the old town of Side (about 11 km). Buses to Side also depart from the hotel for 2 euros. There are restaurants on the beach and in the pool area where you can order à la carte dishes. The main restaurant serves buffet-style meals. The hotel is very modern and clean. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and speaks English and German. A huge plus is the professional evening entertainment, high-quality dance and music performances. I'd like to highlight Sevilay, the animator who leads yoga and volleyball classes. The hotel serves international alcoholic beverages and virtually every imaginable cocktail. We highly recommend Remi and Monika.

The main advantage of the hotel is its excellent beach. The beach is wide, and the beach staff cleans and maintains the sun loungers. The level of service is simply zero. The reception staff was terrible and unfriendly. The waiters in the restaurant never approached us, although they did approach some tables. The bed linen was changed only once in 11 days, and we had to ask for it twice! There was very little hot water pressure in the shower, and we made a complaint three times, but nothing changed. The food is average, and everything is repeated every other day. There is a good coffee shop on the beach with friendly staff, and the coffee is delicious.

What can i Say... One of the most relaxing weeks of my Life, and i would Say.... Great... Excellent, truly excellent entertainment ??

Very modern hotel with very friendly staff. The whole building is very new and clean. Everyone from room cleaners to bartenders was very professional. The food had a good variety every day, we stayed for almost two weeks and didn't get bored. Everyone was very attentive and proactive.

It's a really beautiful hotel, nice stuff. The food was perfect. Amazing area! Definitely recommend and will back here for sure!

This is the fourth time We spend summer Holiday in Turkey, but this hotel is something special... from the moment you step into the hotel, you already have the impression that you are in another dimension. By the way, the hotel has an award for innovation and design, but it means nothing if you don't have good staff, and this hotel has great staff. everyone was lovely, smiling and very professional. I wouldn't single anyone out because all the employees were phenomenal. The beach is wonderful, clean and spacious. The food is excellent and varied choice. Cleanliness in the hotel is at the highest level. The rooms are spacious, with modern design and furniture. The bed is fantastically comfortable. It is a wonderful option where you can choose the type of pillow from the four offered. The area around the hotel is arranged and peaceful like in paradise. The great advantage of the hotel is that it is only for adults. Thank you to the entire staff of the hotel as well as the Sural family, which owns the hotel and really takes care of the guests' needs. Just keep going in the same rhythm. You make us smiling and satisfied guests who will always be happy to return to your hotel. All the best!

It was our first visit at the hotel. We really enjoyed it. The staff was really helpfull and responded to all our questions. The food was great, we didn't get bored with oir 9nights stay.
