Guest：很满意，早餐和自主晚餐都很好，就是周五晚上有点噪音外面在施工，不过准备了耳塞，携程预订有宾客关系的Becky提前联系，发了攻略给我们，后面入住也很贴心，服务很好。 酒店对面就是陶溪川，吃完晚饭出去遛弯走两步就到了，地理位置很方便

Guest：非常糟糕的一次住宿体验，主要问题有以下两方面： 首先，套餐宣传存在误导。首页醒目位置标注“自助餐任选”，但到店后却被告知工作日不提供自助餐，只能选择固定套餐。而这一关键限制讯息，竟被放置在套餐详情页的最底部，极易被忽略，严重影响了消费前的知情权。 其次，离店后遗落物品的处理令人极度失望。退房时我将个人物品遗忘在酒店大堂洗手间，发现后立即于13:50致电前台。对方表示会通知同事查看，但此后近半小时毫无回音。多次电话跟进，仅得到“同事正在前去查看”的重复回覆，始终无人主动联系告知结果。最终我只能自行打车返回酒店寻找——毕竟，如果真要靠酒店的效率，恐怕等到东西遗失都等不来一个确切的答覆。 本次体验无论是从服务的诚信度，还是应急处理的及时性与责任心来看，都远远不及格。
