五年前曾经入住过，当然时印象挺好，五年后再来住宿，感觉也挺好。饭店位置还蛮方便的，住宿有地下停车场，没有车道而是以升降机方式进入地下停车场，每层的停车位不多，但停车场明亮乾净。一楼接待大厅不大，柜台服务人员每次至少都可以看到三四位，大厅后侧就是餐厅，提供早餐、全天候点心还有宵夜。服务人员都很有礼貌，有需要任何协助都可以很快得到解答。点心时段有咖啡、冰淇淋还有台南知名的益生堂蜜饯、连得堂饼家煎饼及章成麦芽饼，下午可以找空档大一楼休息一下喝杯咖啡吃个点心。宵夜提供时间为晚上7点至10点，提供简单的凉面、茶叶蛋、几道下酒菜还有甜点等，还可以凭卷兑换啤酒或是果汁。早餐店选择就比较多，基本的中西式早餐，吐司、白饭、粥、中式汤品，还有地瓜、水煮蛋、几项中式菜色，也有薯条、培根、鸡米花，饮料基本有牛奶及咖啡，还有生菜沙拉及水果，虽然餐厅不大，但早餐也是很丰盛。饭店房间偏小，一进门基本一眼看完，但整理的很乾净，客房里的灯光偏暗，床铺稍微偏软，枕头虽然不是很厚，但很扎实且软硬适中，睡起来挺舒服。窗外没什么景色，窗帘遮光效果好，也是间是睡得安稳的住宿。浴室基本上没有提供备品，仅提供洗手/洗脸乳、洗发精、润发乳及沐浴露，提供的这几款用起来都还不错。

非常舒服且安心的环境。消夜场从晚上7:00~10:00无限享用，再来，早起之后，又是一场早餐盛宴，太满足！

房间小巧，环境乾净，服务很好，可以和酒店借自行车，我们选择骑车去国华友爱夜市吃美食，台南的美食太多了??

Brand new hotel. Nice room with a balcony. Hotel has special evening snacks till 10pm. Not heavy meals but pretty good for a light meal. There is fry chicken mini drumsticks, all the drinks even a bar. Ice-cream good selection of popular flavors. I had the vegetarian soup and very delicious.

We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel. The staff were very kind, and the private underground parking was a plus. We loved the free evening snacks, ice cream, and drink at the bar — a nice touch if you don’t want to stay in your room. Breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was well organized despite the crowds. The relaxed vibe and late check-out made it even better. Highly recommend for a stay in Tainan — would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel! It’s small but sleek and modern, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for us English speakers, which made everything so easy. The lounge with unlimited coffee and cookies was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You get a free drink ticket each night for beer or juice, which is a nice perk. Just be sure to use them the same day as they expire. We didn’t get a chance to use ours! The breakfast buffet was decent, not amazing, but still a nice option to have. With a bus stop and bike station right outside and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, it’s a super convenient and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!
